Refund Policy

You are paying for our time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service.  NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason on services, gift cards/certificates or products. All sales are final.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Your appointments are very important, and it is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable. Therefore, we respectfully request that you provide us with notice at least 24 hours for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without providing adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We may invoice you for full payment of your missed appointment. If you fail to pay invoice, your appointment may not be rescheduled. Our cancellation policy also applies to gift certificates. If your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to service, or you no show, the gift certificate will be null and void. Your appointment may not be rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service will require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other clients. Our time is valuable.

Gift Certificates

Spa Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards/certificates. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. They are redeemable only for the dollar value originally purchased. Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
